His areas of exposure includes Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention and Background Verification.

Anand Venkataraman
Anand is the Co- founder of Ritepick HR Solutions Private Limited and he is responsible for Business Development. He brings with him more than 12 years of Background Verification experience. His areas of exposure includes Business Development, Client Relationship & Retention, Vendor Management, People Management, Project Management, Recruitment, Compliance and Administration.
Anand obtained his BSC Maths from Loyola College, Chennai and Masters in Business Administration from Bharathidasan University, Trichy.
